 SKIN CARE It’s not that you should, it’s that you have to take care of your skin from the inside as well. This smoothie includes two of best things on earth: Avocado and Coconut Water. A girl told me once that Coconut Water is nature’s Gatorade and I couldn’t agree more. While Avocado is all about healthy fats and Vitamin E, Coconut Water regenerates the tissues and hydrates like crazy, which is a good moisturizer and you should be glowing in no time. In order to have this smoothie, here is the ingredients:

- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 2 cups coconut water
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 avocado

Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again. You can use also at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold. Bon Appétit xoxo
