FROM FAR EAST First day in my 3rd year in the university was ROCK! It was an honor for me to attend a show created by Youth Ambassadors Taiwan R.O.C 2014 about Taiwanese folk! I really don't have enough words to describe the festival, I enjoyed every single second of it! The festival held in my university (University of Jordan) in Sunday 14,September presented by 16 Taiwanese students from different universities about their Taiwanese language, technology, food, traditional and pop music and much much more!

Again, I'm apologizing for the lack resolution of the pictures, I took them with my mobile phone, I didn't prepared myself to take my camera with me, it wasn't on my schedule to attend the festival! :/ Anyway, I've recorded some videos from the festival, unfortunately, I didn't have enough memory in my mobilephone so, these the only photos and videos I have!

NEW SEMESTER! I've always wanted to do something like this when I get in the university, and before couple of days I've made my own personalized notebook, even though it's a little bit late to have one like this because I'm in my 3rd year! Let's tell you a little bit about this semester I'm going to have, last Sunday, it was the first day, and from the first day I became exhausted, because I have to walk for more than 25 minutes between two lectures (not here the problem) the problem is I have to reach the other lecture in less than 10 minutes not 25! This semester I found some difficulty in making my schedule, let's work hard this time. Anyway, what do you think about my notebook?

AMERICAN BREAKFAST In the last day of my summer vacation last Saturday, I went with my sister and friends to The Bake House to have our breakfast out there. Personally, having an American breakfast let's say it was a little bit bad idea, the breakfast was so heavy on my stomach since it's not my favorite kind of breakfast. What about you? Do you like American breakfast?

SQUASH THESE INGREDIENTS Aaaah when it comes to chocolate! It's every girl's weak point! I was trying to concentrate on making a tasty chocolate and in the same time photo-shooting these pictures. I've made this chocolate from Dates, squashed biscuit, thick cream and obviously with dark chocolate.

WHERE IS THE SALT & PEPPER? Chef Ghandoora is back! Applause please :P Today I'm showing you a picture that I've already posted before couple of months on Instagram and as usual, I've forgot to post it here on the blog. When I'm having a new semester in the university, I rarely have free time to have fun and enjoy, so I wake up early in Saturdays and spend it in kitchen with my family to cock and creating new dishes and after that, my favorite part has come "photo-shooting the dish".

Last time, I made fried Potatoes and Eggplant, as you see, I slice them into round shape and added some Olives Oil and started to cocking them! In less than 5 minutes you can have this dish by yourself, but it's not healthy for those who are going on diet! But I don't care really if it has a lot of calories or not! It's one of my favorite dishes to eat, I wouldn't care about something like that!
